The Story of Dear Friend Bakery

After 10 whirlwind years of running around New York City, working my tail off in the hospitality industry, trying to make it as a writer, struggling, and having more fun than is conceivable, I realised, I really, really missed my mum, dad and London town!

What began as a way to make my son happy with vegan ‘happy day’ cakes during Lockdown 2020 soon blossomed into a daily way of life. I quickly realised my cakes bring joy, and that gives me joy!

So, why vegan? For the Mother Earth, all her animals and the environment. Also, why not?! They’re just as good, if not better, than their non-vegan counterparts!

These are yummy cakes, which just so happen to be vegan!
